历时近两年,韩国出口保险公社诉我国银行(开证行)进口信用证纠纷一案以我国银行在韩国法院诉讼中的三审三胜告终。这也是我国银行作为开证行在涉韩贸易纠纷诉讼中赢得的少有一场漂亮仗。 Last two years, South Korea’s export insurance company v. Bank of China (the issuing bank) import credit dispute case ended in the court in South Korea in the court litigation in three trials and three wins ended.
