中国食糖消费呈现如下特点:一是中国食糖消费总量和人均食糖消费总体呈增长态势,期间略有波动;二是食糖消费结构以工业消费为主、家庭直接消费为辅,其中工业消费约占食糖总消费水平的64%;三是含糖食品工业的持续增长成为食糖消费的重要支撑,2012年前7个月含糖食品工业增长的同时增速略有放缓,成为未来食糖消费的关注重点;四是2012年食糖价格低于2011年同期,但食糖销售呈现销售旺季不旺的局面。针对上述特点,从宏观经济发展状况、食糖替代品快速发展、进口糖与走私糖进入国内市场3方面分析食糖消费状况的原因,并对下半年食糖消费进行了展望。
China’s sugar consumption shows the following characteristics: First, the total sugar consumption in China and per capita sugar consumption showed an overall upward trend with slight fluctuations during the period; secondly, the consumption structure of sugar was mainly industrial consumption and household direct consumption was supplemented, of which industrial consumption accounted for about Thirdly, the sustained growth of the sugar-containing food industry has become an important support for sugar consumption. In the first 7 months of 2012, while the sugar-bearing food industry grew at a slightly slower pace, it has become the focus of future sugar consumption Focus; Fourth, the price of sugar in 2012 is lower than the same period in 2011, but sales of sugar showed a sluggish sales season. In view of the above characteristics, this paper analyzes the reasons for the consumption of sugar from macroeconomic development, the rapid development of sugar substitutes, import of sugar and smuggled sugar into the domestic market, and forecasts the sugar consumption in the second half of the year.
