目的 :探讨谷胱甘肽 S转移酶 ( glutathione S- transferase GST)基因缺失与乳腺癌易患性的关系。方法 :应用多重聚合酶链反应 ( polym erase chain reaction,多重 PCR)方法对 4 2例乳腺癌患者和 10 8例健康人外周血细胞进行 GSTM1 基因检测。结果 :乳腺癌组 GSTM1 基因缺失率为 5 7.1% ,对照组为 4 8.1% ,两组之间差异无显著性(χ2 =0 .98,P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :GSTM1 基因缺失与乳腺癌的发生无显著性关系
Objective: To investigate the relationship between glutathione S-transferase (GST) gene deletion and breast cancer susceptibility. Methods: Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect GSTM1 gene in peripheral blood cells from 42 breast cancer patients and 108 healthy controls. Results: The deletion rate of GSTM1 gene was 51.1% in breast cancer group and 4 8.1% in control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 0.98, P> 0.05). Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between the deletion of GSTM1 gene and the occurrence of breast cancer
