目的:研究攻下逐瘀解毒法对急性水肿性胰腺炎大鼠胰腺组织学的影响。方法:对SD大鼠采用雨蛙素诱发急性水肿性胰腺炎动物模型,造模后分为空白组、生理盐水组、善宁组及复方大柴胡汤加味组,后3组分别给予生理盐水、善宁、复方大柴胡汤加味治疗。12小时后处死大鼠,取其胰腺送病理切片检查,在光镜下观察各组大鼠的胰腺组织学改变。结果:复方大柴胡汤加味组的大鼠胰腺腺泡细胞内空泡形成、间质水肿程度明显低于生理盐水组,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);与善宁组比较,前者略次于后者,但差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);与空白组比较,接近于空白组的胰腺组织学变化,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方大柴胡汤加味对大鼠急性水肿性胰腺炎有明显的治疗作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of taking phlegm-resolving and detoxification on pancreatic histology in rats with acute edematous pancreatitis. METHODS: Animal models of acute edematous pancreatitis induced by cerulein in SD rats were divided into blank group, normal saline group, Shanning group and compound Dachaihu Decoction group. The latter three groups were given saline and good respectively. Ning, compound Dachaihu Decoction treatment. After 12 hours, the rats were sacrificed and the pancreas was taken for pathological examination. The histological changes of the pancreas were observed under light microscope. RESULTS: The formation of vacuoles and interstitial edema in the pancreatic acinar cells in the rats of the compound Dachaihu Decoction group were significantly lower than those in the saline group (P<0.01). Compared with the Shanning group, the former Slightly later than the latter, the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Compared with the blank group, the histological changes of the pancreas that were close to the blank group had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: Compound Dachaihu decoction has obvious therapeutic effect on acute edematous pancreatitis in rats.
