本文提出了可溶性滤膜富集分光光度法测定水样中痕量Pb(Ⅱ )的简便方法 .在pH9硼砂缓冲液中 ,铅与甘油形成的配合物与 1 (2 吡啶偶氮 ) 2 萘酚即PAN形成紫色离子缔合物 ,缔合物能够被硝化纤维微孔滤膜定量富集 ,富集膜溶解在小体积的二甲亚砜中 ,于 5 45nm处以试剂空白为参比测定吸光度 .5 0倍富集时 ,方法的检出限为0 85 μg L .该方法应用于水样分析 ,回收率好 ,结果满意 .
In this paper, a simple and convenient method for the determination of trace Pb (Ⅱ) in water samples by soluble filter-membrane spectrophotometry is proposed. The complex of lead and glycerol with 1 (2-pyridylazo) 2 naphthol That is, PAN forms a purple ion complex, and the association product can be quantitatively enriched by a nitrocellulose microporous membrane. The membrane is dissolved in a small volume of dimethylsulfoxide, and the absorbance is measured at a wavelength of 545 nm with reference to reagent blank. The detection limit of the method was 0 85 μg L at 50% enrichment.The method was applied to the water sample analysis with good recoveries and satisfactory results.
