通过１０７例正常心脏室上嵴的解剖形态观察，认为室上嵴由漏斗间隔、心室漏斗皱折和隔缘肉柱３部分构成，三者在右心室腔内用肉眼可以识别，其形态相对恒定，不因年龄和性别而有所差异。同时通过文献复习和对上述解剖结构的分析，认为室上嵴、右心室漏斗和右心室流出道三者应该是同义词，其内涵完全相同。
