目的:探讨多焦点人工晶状体(Array)在白内障屈光手术中的作用。方法:回顾性研究行超声乳化白内障吸除术后植入多焦点人工晶状体(多焦组)19例25眼和植入单焦点人工晶状体(单焦组)14例20眼的患者术后30~52mo的不同对比度下中、近视力及相应戴镜率。结果:40cm距离100%对比度字母表:多焦组得分为54.64±10.80,单焦组得分为47.05±6.39,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.93,P<0.05),40cm距离10%对比度字母表:多焦组得分为42.60±6.47,单焦组得分为34.55±5.86,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.43,P<0.05),63,100cm距离不同对比度下两组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。近用多焦组有更高的脱镜率。结论:多焦点人工晶状体能为患者提供不同对比度下良好的视力。
Objective: To investigate the effect of multifocal intraocular lens (IOL) in cataract surgery. Methods: A retrospective study was performed in 19 patients (25 eyes) with multifocal intraocular lens (IFC) and 14 eyes (14 eyes) with single focal intraocular lens (IOL) implanted in phacoemulsification cataract surgery group after 30 ~ 52mo different contrast, near vision and the corresponding wear rate. Results: 40cm distance 100% contrast ratio alphabet: multifocal group score was 54.64 ± 10.80, single focal group score was 47.05 ± 6.39, the difference was statistically significant (t = 2.93, P <0.05) Contrast alphabet: multifocal group score of 42.60 ± 6.47, single focal group score of 34.55 ± 5.86, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t = 5.43, P <0.05), 63,100 cm distance under different contrast, There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Near multifocal group has a higher rate of the mirror. CONCLUSIONS: A multifocal intraocular lens (IOL) provides good visual acuity for patients with different contrast.
