工程造价是反映工程经济效益和社会效益的一个综合指标,合理确定和全面有效控制工程造价是对工程建设优化管理的重要手段。本文结合深圳某学院迁址新建项目东校区桩基工程,在溶洞、土洞等岩溶较发育—发育"的不良地质情况下,施工的人工挖孔桩和冲孔灌注桩技术经济分析比较,结果表明在确保施工安全条件下,对复杂地质条件下,区别对待,合理采用人工挖孔灌注桩的工艺,在桩身质量、工程造价、施工工期等均优于冲孔灌注桩。
Project cost is a comprehensive index reflecting the economic and social benefits of the project. It is an important measure to optimize the management of project construction that a reasonable determination and comprehensive and effective control of project cost is made. In this paper, a college in Shenzhen relocation of a new project East Campus pile foundation engineering, karst caves, earth caves and other more underdeveloped development karst geology case, the construction of artificial digging piles and punching piles technical and economic analysis, The results show that, under the condition of ensuring construction safety, under the complex geological conditions, the difference treatment and the reasonable adoption of the technology of artificial digging and pouring pile are better than the punching and filling piles in the quality of pile body, construction cost and construction period.
