老化色素的本质是过氧化脂质与蛋白质的复合物.用荧光法测定血清过氧化脂质,只需0.05ml血液或0.02ml血清,且重现性甚佳.其原理是利用磷钨酸沉淀血清中的脂质及蛋白质,除去杂质,沉淀物与硫巴比妥酸盐(TBA)作用后,用正丁醇提取,再以515nm波长光波激发,测定553nm荧光强度.健康成人(20岁左右)男性血清的过氧化脂质含量为2nmol/ml血清,女性略低.随年龄增加而增高,10岁前后即出现明显差异,60岁前后达最高值.面70岁以后下降.但是60岁一般含量常在2nmol/
