本试验证明,采用鸡蛋黄22.22%,柞蚕蛹血淋巴44.44%,麦乳精22.22%,纳氏无机混合盐11.11%为营养液,以两种塑料薄膜制成人工卵,可引诱稻螟赤眼蜂和从美国引入的欧洲玉米螟赤眼蜂在其上产卵并发育,世代历期为9~11天。采用这种方法育蜂,稻螟赤眼蜂寄生率为71.2~82.2%,化蛹率为79.79%~87.33%,羽化率为44.0~62.4%,雌雄比为1.01:1~1.46:1;欧洲玉米螟赤眼蜂卵寄生率为70.37%,化蛹率为93.33%,羽化率为70.41%,雌雄比为6.67:1,成蜂均较正常并具繁殖能力。
The test proves that the artificial egg is made of two kinds of plastic film, which can induce red eye of rice leaf borer by using 22.22% of egg yolk, 44.44% of antheraea pernyi silkworm, 22.22% of malted milk and 11.11% of inorganic mixed salt of Ness. The bees and European Trichogramma ostriniae introduced from the United States spawn and develop on them, with a generational duration of 9-11 days. With this method, the parasitism rate of Trichogramma ostriniae was 71.2-82.2%, the pupation rate was 79.79% -87.33%, the emergence rate was 44.0-62.4%, and the male / female ratio was 1.01: 1.46: 1. The parasitism rate of Trichogramma ostriniae eggs was 70.37%, the pupation rate was 93.33%, the emergence rate was 70.41%, the male-to-male ratio was 6.67: 1, the adult bees were more than normal and had reproductive capacity.
