由于受传统的社会性别观念影响,女性在职场中较男性面临更多的困境,工作-家庭冲突就是其中较有代表性的问题。本研究主要从性别差异视角探讨了性别与工作-家庭冲突之间的中介效应。研究结果显示,女性员工比男性员工经历更高的时间工作-家庭冲突,同时也经历更高的压力工作-家庭冲突,但这种关系受到晋升机会、工作报酬、配偶支持、家庭时间需求等工作和家庭相关变量的中介。
Due to the traditional concept of gender, women face more predicament in the workplace than men. Work-family conflict is one of the more representative issues. This study explores the mediating effect between gender and work-family conflict from the perspective of gender differences. The results show that female employees experience higher hours of work-family conflicts than men and also experience higher stress-family conflicts, but this relationship is governed by promotion opportunities, remuneration, spousal support, and family time needs And the family-related variables intermediary.
