为研究祁东煤矿6135工作面瓦斯燃烧发火原因,以指导瓦斯燃烧事故的治理和预防工作,设计实验室自燃基础参数测试和现场的温度、气体监测实验,得到60、61煤层自燃特性和采空区内温度、气体情况。经分析结果表明:聚氨酯自热及高强度抽采漏风引起60煤体自燃为瓦斯燃烧引火源的可能性较小,6135机巷断层附近保留煤柱氧化自燃为工作面瓦斯燃烧事故的引火源。
In order to study the reason of gas combustion and ignition in 6135 working face of Qidong Coal Mine, in order to guide the management and prevention work of gas burning accident, test the basic parameters of spontaneous combustion in laboratory and the temperature and gas monitoring experiments in the field, Area temperature, gas situation. The analysis results show that it is less likely that spontaneous combustion of 60 coal spontaneous combustion gas source will cause gas leakage from polyurethane spontaneous combustion and high strength gas drainage, and spontaneous combustion of coal pillar remains near the fault of 6135 roadway as the ignition source of gas burning accident in working face.
