针对现代特殊工业环境不便人力搬运货物的实际情况,设计了一款无线遥控机器人实现货物的精确搬运堆放。考虑到工作环境多变,故采用红外线遥控技术实现对机器人的实时控制。该机器人采用Solidworks软件建立相关机构模型,利用ADAMS软件模拟仿真、运动受力分析,并最终实现模型的制作。
In view of the fact that modern special industrial environment is inconvenient for human handling of goods, a wireless remote control robot is designed to realize accurate handling and stacking of goods. Taking into account the changing working environment, so the use of infrared remote control technology to achieve real-time control of the robot. The robot uses Solidworks software to establish the relevant agency model, the use of ADAMS software simulation, exercise stress analysis, and ultimately the production of the model.
