本文是一篇综合性的文章。汇总、提供了国内外资料中及实际测量结果中有关微波发射机噪声谱分布方面的大量有用的内容,其中包括:环路系统中各部件的相位噪声谱分布;现代综合器、各种振荡器(晶振、各种VCO速调管、体效应振荡器、脉塞、EIO等)的噪声谱分布。对低嗓声发射机系统的设计者来说有着重要参考性,是必须掌握的材料。文末对低噪声设计中应注意的最佳球路带宽计算、调试及噪声谱测量等问题亦提出了参考意见。
This article is a comprehensive article. Summarized, this paper provides a great deal of useful information about the noise spectrum distribution of microwave transmitters both in the data and in the actual measurement results at home and abroad, including the phase noise spectrum distribution of each component in the loop system, modern synthesizer, various oscillators (Crystal oscillator, various VCO klystron, body effect oscillator, plug, EIO, etc.) noise spectrum distribution. For low-noise transmitter system designers have an important reference, is a must master the material. At the end of this paper, we also give some suggestions on the calculation of optimal ball-point bandwidth, debugging and noise spectrum measurement in low-noise design.
