外企,薪水高、管理先进,一直受人们追捧。然而,受环境、文化氛围等因素影响,不同性质的企业对员工的要求也不尽相同。求职者们花点心思了解不同企业的特点及要求,相信对进军外企会起到事半功倍的作用。就美资企业来说,具备以下4种意识,至关重要。主动意识一位美资企业老板说:“我在给中国员工开会时,先提出问题,然后谈我个人的看法。问有没有意见,大家都不说话,我就点名叫他们说。有趣的是,有些被叫到的员工,常常会指着自己的鼻子反问我:‘是叫我吗?我没有意见。’我认为这并不是好事情。
