铜的熔炼工艺已有了很大变革,可铜冰铜的卧式转炉吹炼工艺却变化不大。间断式的卧式转炉吹炼技术有许多严重的缺点,多年来人们一直在寻求改进的道路。已工业应用的三菱连续吹炼炉是作为三菱炼铜法的配套装置,单独使用就有许多限制了。其他一些连续吹炼工艺(如Contop法)还只处于半工业试验阶段。奥托昆普公司和肯尼柯特公司在小型试验的基础上,完成了闪速连续吹炼的半工业试验,据称该技术现已达工业应用程度。 Copper smelting process has been a great change, but copper and copper horizontal converter blowing process has changed little.
