目的探讨结直肠癌患者围手术期肠内营养支持治疗的临床效果。方法选取择期手术的74例结直肠癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各37例。对照组患者给予传统营养支持,观察组患者在此基础上给予围手术期肠内营养支持,观察两组患者的各项生理指标以及不良反应。结果观察组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者在手术结束后的各项生理指标情况较手术前无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而且明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌患者在围手术期进行肠内营养支持能够有效提高患者营养状况和细胞免疫功能,减少不良反应和并发症,值得推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of perioperative enteral nutrition in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods Seventy-four patients with colorectal cancer undergoing elective surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 37 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given traditional nutritional support. Patients in the observation group were given perioperative enteral nutrition support on this basis. All the physiological indexes and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in each physiological index between the observation group and the control group after operation (P> 0.05), and was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Perioperative nutritional support in patients with colorectal cancer during perioperative period can effectively improve nutritional status and cellular immune function, reduce adverse reactions and complications, which deserves promotion and application.
