从企业经营管理的层面来说,人力资源管理的重要作用是在形成企业核心竞争力的过程中有着决定性的作用。绩效薪酬管理经常被用来把薪酬和业绩联系起来,是为了鼓励员工更加努力地为企业工作。所以说合理地制定薪酬分配制度,既可以使员工在工作中获得报酬,满足员工的生存和发展的需要,又能够让员工实现自我的价值,推动企业总体的目标的进程。本文通过人力资源管理系统的职能和作用的分析,表明人力资源管理系统中两个重要要因素绩效与薪酬的作用以及它们内部的关系,并运用模糊评价计算绩效薪酬的分配,最后得出启示。
From the aspect of business management, the important role of human resource management plays a decisive role in forming the core competitiveness of enterprises. Performance pay management is often used to link pay and performance in order to encourage employees to work harder for the business. Therefore, to formulate the salary distribution system rationally can not only make employees get remuneration in work, meet the needs of staff’s survival and development, but also enable employees to realize their own values and promote the overall goal of the enterprise. Through the analysis of the function and function of human resource management system, this paper shows the function of two important factors in human resource management system and the role of compensation and their internal relations, and uses fuzzy evaluation to calculate the distribution of performance compensation.
