In the past, when using liquid crystal to measure the surface temperature of the human body, the cholesterol was directly applied to find the pathological changes such as early breast cancer. When using cholesterol alone, the pitch is within the visible wavelength range. The same wavelength as the pitch is reflected, so the liquid crystal shows a certain color. In natural light you can see the temperature changes. This method can be used to measure large-scale temperature changes in the human body, and in a recently published article, it is proposed to measure temperature changes in a part of the human body during or after treatment. At present, clinical medicine is using microwave irradiation to treat cancer. This requires that the human body surface temperature can be measured without interfering with the microwave electromagnetic field. Therefore, the commonly used metal temperature sensor such as a thermocouple can not be used. So some people proposed the use of organic matter, insulation composed of liquid crystal temperature
