目的了解东部某市现制现售饮用水微生物污染状况。方法对2015-2016年潍坊市奎文、潍城、高新、坊子和寒亭五区内的居民居住小区、学校、办公区自动售水机所制现制现售饮用水进行抽样采集,对其微生物污染状况进行检测与调查。结果共采样120份,总合格率为58.3%。居民住宅区、学校和办公区总合格率分别为77.5%、60.0%和37.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);样品中细菌菌落总数、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠菌群和耐热大肠菌群合格率分别60.0%、92.5%、96.7%和100.0%。结论 2015-2016年潍坊市现制现售饮用水微生物污染较严重,提醒相关部门重视对自动售水机的管理,保障饮水安全。
Objective To understand the status of microbial contamination in drinking water in a certain city in the east of China. Methods We sampled and collected the existing commercial drinking water system of the living water vending machines in the living quarters, schools and office areas of Kuifeng, Weicheng, Hi-tech, Fangzi and Hanting areas from 2015 to 2016 in our country.
