专家简历:李河民,原名蔡川燕,1922年6月出生于台湾高雄县。1944年毕业于日本东京医学专门学校(现为东京医科大学),1946年6月奔赴解放区参加医疗工作,1950年担任中央卫生部防疫总队大队长。1951～1955年在前苏联中央生物制品检定所攻读研究生。1955年回国后,在中国药品生物制品检定所先后担任科室副主任、主任、副所长、所长、名誉所长、顾问、研究员并兼任国家肝炎研究中心负责人。2006年离休。他研制的乙型脑炎活疫苗被列为1989年全国十大科技成就之一,并于1990年获得国家科技进步一等奖。在肝炎疫苗和诊断试剂的研究上获得国家科技进步一等奖两次、二等奖三次、三等奖一次。
Expert resume: Li Hemin, formerly known as Chuan Chuan Yan, born in June 1922 in Kaohsiung County, Taiwan. He graduated from Tokyo Medical College (now Tokyo Medical University) in 1944 and went to Jiefang District for medical work in June 1946. In 1950, he served as head of the Epidemic Prevention Corps of the Central Ministry of Health. 1951 ~ 1955 in the former Soviet Union Central Biological Products Institute graduate school. After returning to China in 1955, he served as deputy director, director, deputy director, director, honorary director, consultant and researcher of the department of drug and biological products in China. He also served as head of the National Hepatitis Research Center. Retired in 2006. He developed the Japanese encephalitis live vaccine was listed as 1989 national top ten scientific and technological achievements, and in 1990 won the national scientific and technological progress award. In the hepatitis vaccine and diagnostic reagents research on the national science and technology progress award twice, second prize three times, third prize once.
