The accuracy of the gear being machined is mostly determined by the rigidity of the milling machine parts and by the elastic deformation of the machine tool part system. The use of carbide inserts with negative rake angles and the aggressive machining specifications will lead to increased cutting forces. In this way, it will produce greater elastic deformation.
