介绍了准高速铁路空调客车发电车冷却装置的任务来源、设计过程以及冷却装置的结构。详细叙述了采用效率(ε)—传热单元数(NTU)热计算法进行的冷却能力计算和YK-ZM型八叶片轴流式冷却风扇的设计计算方法、步骤。通过对冷却装置进行的地面通风性能试验,验证了冷却风扇的性能,冷却装置的通风系统设计是比较合理的。经冷却装置与柴油发电机组的配套试验,表明冷却装置达到了设计要求,能满足柴油发电机组的冷却需要。
This paper introduces the mission source, design process and structure of the cooling device for the cooling device of the electric high-speed railway air conditioner bus. The calculation of cooling capacity and the design and calculation method of YK-ZM eight-blade axial cooling fan are described in detail with the calculation of efficiency (ε) - number of heat transfer units (NTU). The performance of the cooling fan is verified through the ground ventilation performance test of the cooling device. The ventilation system design of the cooling device is reasonable. The cooling unit and diesel generator sets supporting the test shows that the cooling unit has reached the design requirements to meet the cooling needs of diesel generating sets.
