建立猫在体心脏急性心肌缺血再灌注模型。同步记录缺血区(IZ)和非缺血区(NZ)心外膜单相动作电位(MAP),观察在体心脏缺血再灌注中后去极化与再灌注性心律失常(RA)之间的关系。结果显示,56.2%的RA发生与早期后去极化(EAD)有关,EAD的振幅与室性早搏(VPB)的启动电位、EAD的耦联间期与VPB的耦联间期均呈显著性正相关。此外,部分RA的发生与IZ和NZ的MAP间期离散有关。提示EAD及其触发性活动可能是RA形成的主要的电生理基础。部分RA的发生仍有折返机制参与。
