目的 研究立位心脏 R- R间期信号的非稳定周期轨道的结构 ,进一步探讨心率变异(HRV)的动力学特征。 方法 记录 8名受试者平卧位 5 m in和立位 2 0 m in过程中的心电图 ,检测HRV信号的非稳定周期轨道。 结果 立位时高周期数 (周期 2和周期 3)的非稳定周期轨道出现率降低 ,HRV吸引子变得相对简单 ;非稳定周期 1轨道位置随着体位和时间的改变而改变。说明 HRV的动力学特征有改变 ,心血管系统的调节功能有改变。 结论 非稳定周期轨道可以刻划 HRV的动力学性质 ,是分析 HRV的潜在的方法。
Objective To study the structure of unstable periodic orbit of standing R-R interval signal and to further investigate the dynamic characteristics of heart rate variability (HRV). Methods The electrocardiogram (ECG) of 5 subjects in supine position and 2 0 m in standing position was recorded and the unstable periodic orbit of HRV signal was detected. As a result, the occurrence of unstable periodic orbits with high periods (Period 2 and Period 3) decreased while the HRV attractors became relatively simple. The locations of unstable orbits 1 orbital changed with the changes of position and time. Indicating that there are changes in the kinetic characteristics of HRV, cardiovascular system regulatory functions have changed. Conclusion The unstable periodic orbit can characterize the dynamics of HRV and is a potential method to analyze HRV.
