上海的商业建设从九十年代开始,进入大力发展阶段。1991—1993年,商业营业面积相当于过去40年。后两年,每年仍增建约100万平方米。时至今日,“大型商场热”尚未减退。但是,多种情况表明,上海的零售商场、特别是大型商场已属过度发展。理由有三: 第一,商场发展速度超过消费增长速度。截止1994年底,上海零售商业面积达830万平方米,比1991年底419万平方米约增一倍。1991年社会商品零售总额382亿元,平均每平方米营业额0.91万
Shanghai’s commercial construction started in the 90s and entered a phase of vigorous development. 1991-1993, the area of commercial business equivalent to the past 40 years.
