“零、负团费”是中国旅行社发展中产生的诸多问题之一,是制约旅行社发展的重要障碍。旅行社“零、负团费”接团不仅使游客的合法权益受到伤害,而且旅游投诉使旅行社自身的信誉一落千丈。本文主要研究了旅行社“零、负团费”的现状,“零、负团费”产生的原因以及解决对策等问题,提出了促进我国旅行社健康、有序发展的途径。 “Zero, negative group fees ” is one of the many problems in the development of China’s travel agencies, is an important obstacle to the development of travel agencies.
