小浪底水库建成后改变了黄河下游水沙条件 ,白鹤至京广铁桥河段现有河道整治工程对水库运用初期的水沙变化和游荡性河段河床演变形势具备一定的适应性 ,对控制下游河道游荡范围效果明显。调整河湾布置方案 ,尽快完成重点整治河段工程布点 ,能进一步控制下游河势变化 ;大力推广新结构、新材料的应用范围 ,重视工程自身安全 ,加固现有工程根石基础 ,有利于增强工程抗冲能力 ,提高整治工程对小浪底水库下泄清水的适应性
