目的:探讨先天性心脏病(CHD)患儿有无甲状旁腺功能低下。方法;用放射免疫法(1RMA)测定18例学龄前期CHD患儿血清甲状旁腺素(parathydn,PTH)水平,并测定其血清Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)浓度,17例门诊体检的健康儿童作为对照。结果:CFID患儿血清PTH水平(14.87±6.02ng/L)较对照组(19.68±5.76ng/L)明显降低,二者比较有显著性差异(p<0.05).CHD组中有8例(44.4%)患儿血清PTH<10ng/L,而对照组无一例<10ng/L;CHD患儿血清Ca~(2+)和M/Mg~(2+)较对照组略低,但无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论:CHD患儿甲状旁腺素分泌不足,存在亚临床甲状旁腺功能低下。
Objective: To investigate whether children with congenital heart disease (CHD) have hypoparathyroidism. Methods Serum levels of parathyroid hormone (PTH) were measured by radioimmunoassay (1RMA) in 18 preschool children with CHD. The levels of serum Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ were measured in 17 children Out-patient examination of healthy children as a control. Results: Serum PTH level in CFID children was significantly lower than that in control group (14.87 ± 6.02ng / L vs 19.68 ± 5.76ng / L, P <0.05), and there were 8 cases in CHD group 44.4%, PTH was less than 10ng / L in the control group, but less than 10ng / L in the control group. The levels of Ca 2+ and M / Mg 2+ in the CHD children were slightly lower than those in the control group Significance (p> 0.05). Conclusion: Children with CHD have insufficient parathyroid hormone secretion and subclinical hypoparathyroidism.
