电机定、转子冲片批量大,精度要求较高,所以必须使用高精度、高效能的模具才能满足生产要求,但在制造这类模具时,应兼顾模具的先进性及工艺的简化。我厂曾经采用简化的加工方法制造了一副电机定、转子六工位级进模,每步距精度可达到±0.01毫米,以下作一介绍。一、模具结构1.模具共有六个工位,每次行程冲出电机定子、转子和两个分解极片,排样见图1.2.为了便于加工和装配,凹模用五块拼块组合,材料为 Cr12MoV,淬火硬度 HRC58,
