高强度模锻件对于各种工业,特别是对于飞机制造业,具有越来越大的意义。过去,为了生产这些工业部门所需的高强度机件,首先发展了各种结构形式的模锻锤。为了提高模锻件的精密度,发展了一种曲轴——楔块结构的热模锻压力机。目前已设计制造了2000吨、2500吨、3150吨、4500吨和8000吨曲轴——楔块结构的热模锻压力机。1970年6月 Gerlach-Werke 有限股分公司投产了一台8000吨曲轴——楔块结构的热模锻压力机(附图)。其技术数据如下:
High-strength die forging for a variety of industries, especially for the aircraft manufacturing industry, with more and more significance. In the past, in order to produce the high-strength parts required for these industrial sectors, various structural forms of forging hammers were first developed. In order to improve the precision of die forging parts, a hot swaging press with crankshaft-wedge structure has been developed. At present, it has designed and manufactured 2000 tons, 2500 tons, 3150 tons, 4500 tons and 8000 tons of hot-forging presses with crankshaft-wedge structure.
