This article analyzes the theory and method of structuralism mythology of Levi-Strauss, and explores the origin of the novel “Ola” by Mexican writer Carlos Fuentes and the source of the myth of Japanese writer Ueda Akitada’s “house in the reed” And the Chinese Ming Qu You’s “Ai Qing Biography.” Through the analysis and comparison of the common myths and their relations in these stories, this article attempts to argue that in this series of similar and different stories, the main body of desire has been split and shifted from the male to the female. At the same time, from the perspective of psychoanalysis It points out that the existence of the desire of women as the other’s desires is crucial to the emergence and maintenance of the subject of modernity.
