近年来,我国城市建设改造的规模日益扩大,发展速度不断加快,施工企业面临中投标市场的规范化运行,为确保工程质量和施工进程,施工企业中标以后,根据相关工作需要,首先要成立项目经理部,并且设于施工现场,作为某一项独立工程项目的直接指挥者,既要对施工企业负责又要进行现场作业的各项管理。独立工程项目部的工作关系到施工企业的形象和效益,所以加强会计监管工作,贯彻落实施工企业的各项内部管理制度,严把财务控制关,确保工程资金得到有效利用,是项目工程施工企业经营发展的需要,直接关系到施工企业的生存和发展。
In recent years, the scale of urban reconstruction in our country is expanding day by day, and the speed of development is accelerating. The construction enterprises are facing the standardized operation of the bidding market. To ensure the project quality and construction progress, after winning the bidding of the construction enterprises, according to the relevant work needs, the project manager Ministry, and set up at the construction site, as a direct commander of an independent project, it is necessary to the construction company responsible for the site operations but also the management. The work of the Independent Engineering Project Department is related to the image and benefit of the construction enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the accounting supervision work, implement the internal management systems of the construction enterprises, strictly control the financial control and ensure the effective utilization of the project funds. The need of business development directly affects the survival and development of construction enterprises.
