株洲市南方中学具有开展不同层次科技活动的硬件和软件条件。基地配备有先进的实验设备,以及专门的植物组培室、数码实验室、水培温室、苗圃、生物技术实验室等,能承接大量的学生进行研究活动。学校生物教研组利用株洲市生物学科基地,因地制宜开展了一系列生物学科探究与实践活动,学科内容不断向生活与社会拓展,教学内容更加开放、更具弹性。学生生物学科基地学习的基本内容分为校内、校外两部分,以实践活动为主要实施方式。校内实践活动,如花卉基地建设、食用菌基地建设、动物多样性活动等;校外实践活动,如本地生态环境的调查、海洋科学考察、湿地生态考察等,学生学习方式实现了形式多样化。下面我们来看两个案例。

The School Biology Teaching and Research Team has used Zhuzhou City Biology Base to carry out a series of research and practice activities in biology based on local conditions. Its contents continue to expand its life and society. Its content is more open and flexible. The basic contents of the study of students' biology bases are divided into two parts: the inside and the outside of the school, with practical activities as the main implementation methods. Practical activities in schools, such as the construction of flower bases, the construction of edible fungus bases and animal diversity activities; the practice of extracurricular activities, such as the investigation of local ecological environment, marine scientific investigation and ecological inspection of wetlands, have diversified forms of student learning.
