目的确定口岸蝇类携带病原菌种类及分布。方法将蝇类体表、体内细菌分离培养,单克隆菌株经Vitek 2 Compact微生物自动分析及16SrRNA基因序列比对。结果在7种蝇体表检出18种菌,其中致病菌2种,条件致病菌14种,包括1株国内未报道的条件致病菌株Wohlfahrtiimonas chitiniclastica;蝇体内检出14种菌,其中致病菌1种,条件致病菌12种;携带菌种类最多的是酱麻蝇,其次为亮绿蝇。结论口岸蝇体携带病原菌的调查,有利于对新型病原微生物入侵的鉴别及应对突发公共卫生事件。
Objective To determine the species and distribution of pathogenic flies in port. Methods The flies body surface and in vivo bacteria were isolated and cultured. The monoclonal strains were automatically analyzed by Vitek 2 Compact microorganism and the 16S rRNA gene sequences were aligned. Results Eighteen kinds of pathogens were detected on the seven kinds of flies, including two kinds of pathogenic bacteria, 14 kinds of opportunistic pathogens, including one unrelated domestic unrelated pathogenic strain Wohlfahrtiimonas chitiniclastica; 14 kinds of bacteria were detected in the flies 1 kinds of pathogenic bacteria, 12 kinds of opportunistic pathogens; the largest species carrying bacteria is the sauce fly, followed by bright green fly. Conclusion The survey of pathogenic bacteria carried by the flies in the port will be helpful for the identification of new pathogenic microorganisms and the response to public health emergencies.
