提出了一种基于高圆度微球腔选模的双环腔光纤激光器。通过改进熔融加热和表面洁净化处理工艺, 获得了高圆度、高Q值微球腔, 利用二维可视的三维高精度耦合系统实现锥形光纤-微球腔的高效率耦合。通过优化入射光偏振态和锥形光纤直径, 获得了耦合效率为99.5%, 3 dB带宽为1 pm, 边模抑制比为14.5 dB的窄带回音壁模(WGM)共振谱。将高效耦合的锥形光纤-微球腔作为光纤子环腔选模单元, 获得了3 dB带宽小于0.01 nm, 边摸抑制比为40 dB, 稳定无跳模的单纵模窄带激光输出。
