T_m-1基因对抑制蕃茄0株系烟草花叶病毒分离物引起的花叶症状是显性的。测定病毒的RNA含量或病毒外壳蛋白质含量后发现,在含有T_m-1基因的植株体内,病毒繁殖受阻抑。T_m-1纯合寄主内的阻抑作用(90~95%)大于T_m-1杂合寄主的阻挪作用(65~75%)。由此可知,对烟草花叶病毒繁殖的阻抑作用是由T_m-1基因量决定的.但对于一些明显症状的阻抑却不是这样。阻抑烟草花叶病毒RNA积累的现象,在含T_m-1基因寄主的直接接种叶片和系统侵染叶片中都有发生。在各次试验中均出现这种现象。T_m-1基因能在不同程度上阻抑0株系不同分离物的RNA积累。
The T_m-1 gene was dominant in inhibiting Mosaic symptom caused by tobacco mosaic virus isolates from tomato 0 strain. Determination of the virus RNA content or the viral coat protein content found in the T_m-1 containing plants in vivo, viral replication was inhibited. The inhibitory effect (90-95%) in the Tm-1 homozygous host was greater than that in the Tm-1 heterozygous host (65-75%). Thus, we can see that the inhibition of tobacco mosaic virus replication is determined by the amount of T_m-1 gene, but for some obvious symptoms of inhibition is not the case. Inhibition of tobacco mosaic virus RNA accumulation phenomenon, including T_m-1 gene host direct inoculated leaves and systemic inflorescences have occurred. This phenomenon occurs in all experiments. T_m-1 gene can inhibit the RNA accumulation of different isolates from 0 lines to varying degrees.
