目的了解吉林省不同地区淡色库蚊对4种杀虫剂的抗性水平,为合理有效使用杀虫剂提供参考。方法淡色库蚊采用幼虫浸渍法测定半数致死浓度(LC50)。结果长春市、通化市、四平市和延边朝鲜族自治州(简称延边州)的野外种群对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、双硫磷和仲丁威的LC50分别为0.000 001 4~0.002、0.000 002 2~0.005 1、0.000 073~0.002 3和0.036 6~0.591 6 mg/L。与文献报道的敏感品系试虫进行比较,4个地区野外种群对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、双硫磷和仲丁威的抗性系数分别为0.007~10.000、0.007~17.000、0.133~4.182和0.062~1.003。结论应采取科学的方法使用杀虫剂,延缓淡色库蚊抗性增长。
Objective To understand the resistance level of Culex pipiens pallens to four insecticides in different areas in Jilin Province, and to provide a reference for the rational and effective use of insecticides. Methods Culex pipiens pallens were determined by larval dipping method for LC50. Results LC50 of deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, diphtheria and sec-butylwere in the field population of Changchun, Tonghua, Siping and Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture (Yanbian) were 0.000 001 4 ~ 0.002 and 0.000 002 2 to 0.005, 0.0003 0 to 0.0023 and 0.036 6 to 0.591 6 mg / L. Compared with the susceptible strains reported in the literature, the resistance coefficients to deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, diphtheria and sec-butylwere from 0.007 to 10.000, 0.007 to 17.000 and 0.133 to 4.182 0.062 ~ 1.003. Conclusions A scientific approach should be taken to use insecticides to delay the resistance growth of Culex pipiens pallens.
