The present situation and causes of soil and water loss in Daxijiang farm are expounded. Based on the actual situation of the farm, the plan of dividing the “three districts” and the construction of ecological environment of soil and water conservation are put forward, and the safeguard measures for the implementation of the plan are put forward.
