当今世界的很多企业成功的关键就在于有一个强大的人力资源管理队伍,人力资源将成为衡量医院竞争力的重要标识,因此,如何建立有效的人力资源管理体制加强医院的人力资源管理,以提高医院的竞争力,成为我国医院最迫切需要解决的问题,虽然我国现已越来越重视跟加强医院的人力资源管理,人力资源管理的制度较之前也完善了许多,但是仍存在着不少的问题。
