煤巷顶板岩层交界面或软弱夹层赋存特征是其稳定性的重要影响因素,锚固孔钻进是实现煤巷顶板支护的关键步骤,钻头穿过岩层交界面和软弱夹层时与其他岩层相比具有不同的动力响应。采用数值模拟方法,得出不同动力源下岩层界面与软弱夹层的动力响应特征信息,根据钻进时间、位移、钻速和转速等参数关系,提出采用平均钻速搜索法确定岩层交界面位置和软弱夹层特征。将识别结果与构建模型对比发现误差较小,为现场探测煤矿巷道顶板岩层交界面及软弱夹层提供了理论支持。
