建立了一种高效液相色谱测定含乳饮料中γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)含量的方法。样品经乙腈-水沉淀后,上清液采用C18色谱柱分离,在338 nm波长下检测。γ-氨基丁酸在1.0~1 000μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 8,以3倍、10倍信噪比计算方法的检出限、定量限,分别为0.47μg/mL,4.31 mg/kg。在40,50和60 mg/100 g的添加水平下,GABA的平均回收率为94.6%~104.4%,RSD为1.23%~3.05%。应用该方法检测了4种市售其他类食品中的GABA含量,结果表明该方法同样适用。
A method for the determination of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) content in milk drinks by HPLC was established. After the sample was acetonitrile-water precipitation, the supernatant was separated on a C18 column and detected at 338 nm. The linearity of γ-aminobutyric acid in the range of 1.0-1000 μg / mL was good with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 8. The detection limits and the limits of quantification of γ-aminobutyric acid were 0.47 μg / mL, 4.31 mg / kg. The average recoveries of GABA were 94.6% ~ 104.4% and the RSDs were 1.23% ~ 3.05% at the addition levels of 40, 50 and 60 mg / 100 g. This method was used to detect GABA levels in four other commercially available foods. The results show that the method is equally applicable.
