在日常教学工作中,后进生问题是班主任和任课教师无法避免的一个重要话题。后进生的显著特点是:经常违反校规校纪且学习成绩较差。后进生的存在严重制约着整体教学质量的提高,这就迫切要求我们教师要充分做好后进生的转化工作。那么,在教育教学中究竟如何来转化后进生呢?我认为应该先了解其成因,再采取措施来实现后进生的转化。 In daily teaching work, the problem of post-graduation is an inevitable topic that the teacher in charge and the teacher in charge can not avoid.
