细究因、巧举措,转化后进生

在日常教学工作中,后进生问题是班主任和任课教师无法避免的一个重要话题。后进生的显著特点是:经常违反校规校纪且学习成绩较差。后进生的存在严重制约着整体教学质量的提高,这就迫切要求我们教师要充分做好后进生的转化工作。那么,在教育教学中究竟如何来转化后进生呢?我认为应该先了解其成因,再采取措施来实现后进生的转化。 In daily teaching work, the problem of post-graduation is an inevitable topic that the teacher in charge and the teacher in charge can not avoid. Notable features of latecomers are: Regular violations of school rules and school records and poor academic performance. The existence of postgraduates severely restricts the improvement of the overall teaching quality, which urgently requires that our teachers should fully and satisfactorily carry forward the transformation of postgraduates. So, in the education and teaching how to transform the post-graduation? I think we should first understand the causes, and then take measures to achieve backward life transformation.
