目的 探讨 10 2 3对口腔白斑 (OLK)、口腔扁平苔藓 (OLP)和盘状红斑狼疮 (DLE)等癌前病变的治疗作用和阻断癌变的作用。方法 将 10 2 3合剂用于 48例OLK、13 9例OLP和 3 8例DLE ,并设对照组 ,实验组和对照组均接受相同的常规治疗。结果 10 2 3对OLK和OLP治疗有明显的效果 ,其有效率明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而OLK的癌变率明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 10 2 3合剂对OLK和OLP均有治疗作用 ,对OLK有阻止癌变的作用
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of 10 2 3 on precancerous lesions such as oral leukoplakia (OLK), oral lichen planus (OLP) and discoid lupus erythematosus (DLE) and its role in the prevention of cancer. Methods A total of 102 cases of OLK, 139 cases of OLP and 38 cases of DLE were enrolled in this study. The control group was given the same dose of 10 2 3, and both the experimental and control groups received the same routine treatment. The results 10 2 3 OLK and OLP treatment has a significant effect, the effective rate was significantly higher than the control group (P0.05), while the incidence of OLK was significantly lower than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion 10 2 3 mixture of OLK and OLP have a therapeutic effect on the prevention of OLK have a role in cancer
