本文观察了74例原发性高血压病人红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),血清过氧化脂质(LPO),总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HD-C),高切率及低切率全血比粘度,血浆比粘度,红细胞压积(HT)、血沉(ESR)水平及其相互关系。并与46例正常人作对照。结果发现病人血LPO、TC、TG、高切率及低切率全血比粘度、血浆比粘度均显著增高;SOD与TC,高及低切率全血比粘度,LDL-C、LDL-C/HDL_C呈显著负相关,与HDL-C/TC呈显著正相关;LPO与年龄、收缩压、TC、血浆比粘度、LDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C呈显著正相关,与SOD及HDL-C/TC呈显著负相关;老年组(60~70岁)SOD值显著低于老年前期组(40~59岁),LPO值显著高于老年前期组。提示原发性高血压中SOD、LPO、血脂及血粘度的改变在其病理过程中有协同作用。
In this paper, we observed the changes of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD), serum lipid peroxidation (LPO), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol HD-C), high and low shear rate whole blood specific viscosity, plasma specific viscosity, hematocrit (HT), ESR and their correlation. And with 46 normal controls. The results showed that the blood LPO, TC, TG, high and low shear rate whole blood specific viscosity and plasma specific viscosity were significantly increased; SOD and TC, high and low cut rate whole blood specific viscosity, LDL-C, LDL-C / HDL-C, and had a significant positive correlation with HDL-C / TC. LPO was positively correlated with age, systolic blood pressure, TC, plasma specific viscosity, LDL-C and LDL-C / HDL-C / TC was significantly negative correlation. The SOD value in the elderly group (60-70 years old) was significantly lower than that in the pre-elderly group (40-59 years old), LPO value was significantly higher than the pre-elderly group. Tip of essential hypertension in SOD, LPO, blood fat and blood viscosity changes in the pathological process has a synergistic effect.
