以籽银桂种子为试材,用不同剂量的~(60)Coγ射线辐射,研究了不同辐照量对种子发芽率和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:辐射处理能抑制桂花种子发芽,剂量越高发芽率越低;低剂量、辐射时间较短对桂花幼苗侧根数量、长度的生长有一定促进作用;综合考虑~(60)Coγ辐射对桂花种子发芽率、根系、苗高、地径等苗期生物学性状的影响,初步断定辐照量为100Gy、辐照率为5Gy·min~(-1)、辐射时间为20min的处理对桂花种子的影响较小,而辐照量为300Gy、辐照率为1Gy·min~(-1)、辐射时间为300min的处理对桂花种子的影响较大。
The seeds of Seeds were treated with different doses of ~ (60) Coγ-rays to study the effects of different irradiations on seed germination rate and seedling growth. The results showed that: Radiation treatment could inhibit the germination of osmanthus fragrans seed, the higher the dose was, the lower the germination rate; the lower dose and shorter irradiation time could promote the growth of lateral root number and length of Osmanthus fragrans seedlings.
