幽门螺杆菌（HelicobacterPylor，Hp）与慢性胃炎和捎化性溃疡密切相关，肝硬化门脉高压易并发门脉高压性胃病（PortalHypartenslveGastrepathy，PHG）及消化性溃疡。木文观察了64例PHG的内镜表现；并进行病理组织学检查及HP检测，探讨PHG与HP的关系。1材料及方法自1992～1995
Helicobacter pylor (Hp) is closely related to chronic gastritis and channeled ulceration. Portal cirrhosis and portal hypertension are often complicated by portal hemophagia (PHG) and peptic ulcer. Woody observed 64 cases of endoscopic PHG performance; and histopathological examination and HP detection to explore the relationship between PHG and HP. 1 Materials and methods since 1992 ~ 1995
