2-氨基乙基三甲氧基硅烷在平板玻璃电极表面形成带氨基尾端的单层,并与戊二醛和尿素酶交替交联制成对尿素有电位响应的电极.研究在各种缓冲介质中该电极的性能.利用该电极测定血清中尿素氮,回收率在96.7%~101.8%之间.
2-Aminoethyltrimethoxysilane monolayer with amino tail formed on the surface of flat glass electrode, and alternately cross-linked with glutaraldehyde and urease to make the electrode with potential response to urea. The performance of this electrode in various buffer media was investigated. Urea nitrogen was measured by this electrode, the recoveries ranged from 96.7% to 101.8%.
