目的了解邯郸地区女性HPV基因型分布及年龄分布特点,为预防HPV感染和宫颈癌防治提供临床治疗依据。方法采取凯普医用核酸分子快速导流杂交基因芯片技术,对于河北工程大学附属医院5 318例门诊及住院患者进行21种HPV基因型(高危型15种:HPV 16、18、52、58、39、53、66、31、51、33、68、45、56、59、35型;低危型6种:HPV 6、11、42、43、44、CP8304型)分析检测,分析感染亚型及其分布特点。结果 5 318例样本中阳性总数848例,总阳性率15.95%,除44型外,其余20种基因亚型全部被检出,高危型感染多于低危型,高危型562例,低危型184例,混合感染型102例。HPV感染率最高是HPV16型,其次为HPV 52、18、52、39型。低危型最常见为HPV6型,其次为HPV 11、CP8304、42、43型。结论HPV感染存在地域差异,了解邯郸地区女性HPV感染亚型及其分布特点,加强对邯郸地区各年龄段女性多种型别HPV的监测及筛查,为邯郸地区女性宫颈癌的防治提供流行病学数据,指导临床治疗。
Objective To understand the distribution and age distribution of HPV genotypes in Handan women and to provide a basis for clinical treatment for prevention of HPV infection and cervical cancer. Methods Using CAPP rapid flow-through hybridization cDNA microarray technology, 21 kinds of HPV genotypes (15 high risk types: HPV 16,18,52,58,39) were obtained from outpatients and inpatients in 5 318 cases of affiliated hospitals of Hebei University of Engineering. , 53,66,31,51,33,68,45,56,59,35 type; low-risk type 6: HPV 6,11,42,43,44, CP8304 type) analysis to detect and analyze the subtypes of infection and Its distribution characteristics. Results A total of 848 positive samples were obtained from 5 318 samples, with a total positive rate of 15.95%. All of the 20 genotypes were detected except for the 44 genotypes, with high-risk genotypes more than low-risk genotypes, 562 high-risk genotypes, 184 cases, 102 cases of mixed infection. HPV infection rate is the highest HPV16 type, followed by HPV 52,18,52,39 type. Low-risk type is the most common HPV6 type, followed by HPV 11, CP8304,42,43 type. Conclusions There are geographical differences in HPV infection.
