微型电子计算机(简称微机)在当今社会已进入多行业生产、科研及国防各部门。微机操作人员常年在近距离受荧光屏微幅射,造成视力疲劳等症状,影响工作和休息,使体质日益下降,我科近几年来对东部微机操作人员进行观察并采用几种方法对其视力疲劳进行防治,报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料:共调查56名微机操作人员(微机为国产281型和ABM型),每日工作2~6小时,加班时连续工作6~8小时,工龄为3个月~5年。其中发病52人,发病率92;8%。本组52名患者,其中男48人,女4人,年龄19~30岁,无其它慢性病史。二、临床表现为视力减退,近视屈光度增加,视物昏花,头昏、眼胀、头痛、恶心,食欲下降等。(见表一)
